General Strike was called by All Manipur Students Union (AMSU), Apunba Manipur Kanba Imasinggi Lup (AMKIL), National Integration Protection Committee (NIPCO), United Peoples' Front (UPF) and All Manipur United Clubs Organisation (AMUCO), in protest against the extension of Indo-Naga Ceasefire to the State of Manipur.
