Civilians
tortured by Security personnel Thoubal,
August 22 : Personnel of 2nd battalion BSF
tortured the civilians aged between 22 and 50 in the Thoubal
district, said a release of Tangjeng Khunou Meira Paibi Lup.
According to the release, the security personnel beat up all the
men folk in the villages of Tangjeng Khunou, Korsantabi and
Chajing Khunou. (August
